Mô tả công việc Our client is a leading international organization operating across the agriculture, food and animal nutrition sectors, with a strong presence in Vietnam and a multinational working environment. As the business continues to develop, the company is looking for an experienced finance professional to join its leadership team and play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic business decisions. We are looking for a Finance Business Partner Manager to partner closely with the Finance Director and business leadership team. This is a strategic and high-impact position responsible for leading the FP&A agenda, financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting and business performance management. The successful candidate will act as a trusted finance partner to the business, providing insights and challenging assumptions to support better commercial and operational decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead the FP&A agenda, including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Partner closely with the Finance Director and business leadership team to drive financial and business performance. Provide financial analysis, insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making. Develop and monitor business and financial performance, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities. Provide strong understanding and analysis of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and business economics. Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders and constructively challenge assumptions to improve business performance. Support financial modelling, scenario analysis and business planning. Strengthen management reporting and translate financial information into actionable business insights. Work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to improve financial understanding and accountability. Support the development and continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools and reporting. Lead, coach and develop the FP&A team, building strong financial partnering capabilities. Contribute to broader finance transformation and strategic initiatives as required. Yêu cầu ứng viên We are looking for a commercially minded finance leader, rather than someone focused purely on reporting and accounting. The ideal candidate can move comfortably between financial analysis and business strategy, understands the operational drivers behind financial performance, and has the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and influence decisions. 7+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally across FP&A business controlling and/or commercial or operational finance. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and performance management. Proven business partnering and stakeholder influencing capabilities. Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and manufacturing economics. Strong commercial and operational mindset, with the ability to challenge and influence business leaders. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food, agriculture, animal nutrition or another operationally complex environment is strongly preferred. Experience working within a multinational organization is preferred. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with experience using ERP and financial planning/reporting systems. Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence / analytics tools is highly preferred. Proven leadership experience and the ability to develop and lead an FP&A team.
